A: We currently ship all across Cameroon and selected international countries through trusted courier partners.

A: Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy seasons, it may take up to 5 business days.

Q: What are the delivery time estimates?
A: Local delivery within Cameroon takes about 3–7 business days. International shipping may take 10–20 business days depending on customs clearance.

Q: Do you offer express or priority shipping?
A: Yes, express and priority shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Q: How are shipping costs calculated?
A: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.

A: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday deliveries depend on courier availability.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: Some courier services allow P.O. Box delivery within Cameroon. Please include a detailed address to ensure successful delivery.

Q: Are customs fees included in international orders?
A: Customs fees or import taxes are not included. International customers are responsible for any additional charges upon delivery.

Q: What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damaged package, and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.
